We are looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is responsible for leading and managing the HR department and providing overall support to the organization.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as an understanding of labor laws. The HR Manager will have a passion for recruiting, talent management, and employee development.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: recruiting and screening candidates for open positions; onboarding new employees; developing programs that increase employee engagement; administering benefit plans; managing payroll and budgeting process; resolving grievances; providing guidance on policies and procedures; conducting performance reviews; developing training materials; ensuring compliance with labor laws.
