We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, while also achieving financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles and excellent interpersonal skills.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff performance, monitoring the quality of food and beverage service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. They must be able to think strategically to ensure efficient operations and create an enjoyable dining experience for all customers. Additional responsibilities include managing staff rosters, resolving customer complaints efficiently, and developing marketing strategies to increase revenue.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role as well as a degree in hospitality or business management. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and possess strong organizational abilities with the ability to multitask effectively. They should also have extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and customer service standards.

The salary offered is 1500 AED per month plus benefits including health insurance coverage for the employee and their family members (if applicable). The work schedule is 40 hours per week but may vary depending on business needs.
