We are looking for a passionate and motivated Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have minimal work experience but an eagerness to learn and grow.

The Phlebotomist's primary responsibilities include drawing blood samples from patients, labeling and preparing samples for transport to the laboratory for analysis, and maintaining accurate records of all specimens. Additionally, they will be required to answer patient questions about procedure, provide emotional support to anxious patients, maintain a clean and safe working environment, perform follow-up calls with patients post-procedure, and adhere to all health care regulations.

The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills, have an excellent attention to detail, a compassionate nature when dealing with patients, and be able to work efficiently under pressure. They should also be computer literate and familiar with laboratory safety procedures.

This is a full time position offering a salary of 1500 AED per month. We are willing to consider immigrants as well as local applicants who meet the specified criteria.
