We are looking for an experienced Security Manager for our organization in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate should have experience in both strategic and operational security, so as to ensure a safe environment for all concerned.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security policies, plans, and procedures; leading security operations; performing risk assessments; controlling access to premises; monitoring surveillance equipment; investigating suspicious activity or incidents; supervising staff members; providing training and advice on security matters; and liaising with law enforcement agencies if required.

Applicants should also have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and good attention to detail. Our ideal candidate should also possess strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and assess risks accurately. We are looking for an individual who is able to work independently as well as part of a team in dynamic working environment.
