We are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee the operations of our Abu-Dhabi based business. The right candidate should have a background in management or related field and experience in managing a team. The successful applicant will be expected to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibilities of the Manager include ensuring smooth daily operations, developing strategies and policies to improve efficiency, providing guidance and support to staff members, and monitoring progress towards goals. The Manager will also be required to analyze data related to performance metrics, create comprehensive reports for senior management, oversee budgets and financial records, and assist with recruitment efforts when necessary.

The ideal candidate must have a customer-oriented approach, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently. They must also possess excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external customers. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred for this role, although other qualifications may be considered.
