Job Description:
The Welder will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components using welding processes. This includes interpreting blueprints and drawings to determine the scope of work; determining the appropriate welding process; preparing materials by cutting, grinding, or shaping them; fitting and assembling components together; and measuring parts for accuracy. The Welder will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during the welding process.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of experience in welding roles
• Extensive knowledge of welding processes and techniques, such as MIG/MAG, TIG, or oxyacetylene welding
• Ability to read technical blueprints and drawings accurately
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to welding operations
