We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, selecting and hiring staff for the various roles within our organization.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with potential candidates, management, and key stakeholders. They must also have sound organizational skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The recruiter should also possess strong research skills in order to source the best candidates for our open positions.

The Recruiter will be expected to develop recruitment strategies to ensure that we attract the best talent available. This will involve working with hiring managers to determine job requirements, developing job postings for each position, creating recruitment campaigns, conducting phone interviews with potential candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews with hiring managers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month for this role along with other benefits that we are willing to negotiate with the right candidate.
