Construction Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We offer a salary of 1600. We are open to considering foreign applicants. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Job Description:

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project, from its planning to completion. This includes coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the process; ensuring that the project is completed on time and on budget; and providing clear guidance and direction to the team involved in the project.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee all aspects of a construction project including planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety measures and personnel management
• Negotiate contracts with external contractors/suppliers
• Supervise staff working on the construction site
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor progress onsite daily to ensure deadlines are met
• Resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from start to finish
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of building materials, processes & regulations
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
