As a Nurse at our facility, your primary responsibility will be to assess patient care needs and develop/implement nursing care plans accordingly. You will be responsible for gathering patient health data through observation, interviewing patients/families, and reviewing medical records. You will also provide direct nursing care such as administering medications/injections as prescribed by the doctor; monitoring vital signs; dressing wounds; providing emotional support; educating families on illness and health promotion strategies; and maintaining cleanliness of work area/patient rooms.

The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience in the nursing field with experience in acute healthcare settings being preferred. The candidate should have a valid Nursing License in Sharjah or be eligible to obtain one upon hire. The successful applicant should also demonstrate excellent communication skills with both patients and colleagues as well as strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. The ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining quality is also essential for this position.
