We are offering a competitive salary of 1200 KWD per month, plus benefits. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this role. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

The essential duties of this position include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our business
- Ensuring that activities are performed correctly and efficiently
- Providing guidance and support to team members
- Monitoring the performance of team members and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining a safe work environment by following safety regulations and promoting safe work practices among employees
- Delegating tasks to team members according to their individual strengths
- Reporting to senior management on progress made by the team
