We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1000. We are open to consider immigrants for this position.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the employees and ensuring that the tasks are completed in a timely manner. The individual will be expected to provide guidance and feedback to their team members while maintaining an organized work environment.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in supervising personnel, preferably in a similar industry to ours. They should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of workplace safety regulations and be comfortable working with different cultures and ethnicities.

The main responsibilities of the Supervisor include but are not limited to: monitoring employee performance; providing support and guidance to staff; organizing meetings; evaluating employee performance; creating schedules; ensuring compliance with company policies; maintaining accurate records; addressing customer complaints; managing budgets; and resolving conflicts between personnel.
