Job Title: Room Attendant

Needs for the Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced Room Attendant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. We welcome foreign applicants, as long as they have valid work permits.

Responsibilities:
• Clean and stock guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness
• Change bed linen and towels according to hotel standards
• Dust, vacuum and mop floors on a regular basis
• Report any damages or repairs that need attention from the maintenance department
• Ensure all safety and security measures are followed
• Respond promptly to guest requests for services or items
• Maintain supplies in housekeeping closets

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred
• Previous experience as a Room Attendant is beneficial but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods of time, bend, kneel, sweep, scrub, push/pull heavy objects
• Excellent customer service skills
