Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from the initial planning stages to the final completion. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role.

The Construction Manager will be expected to:
• Develop and implement construction plans, timelines, and budgets
• Manage the daily work flow of contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project
• Monitor progress of construction activities to ensure adherence to deadlines
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, building codes, and safety standards
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction operations
• Communicate effectively with the client and other stakeholders
• Create comprehensive reports on project status updates

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills as well as excellent customer service skills. They must also have a deep understanding of construction processes and procedures. A degree in Construction Management or equivalent field is highly desirable.
