Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice on various corporate matters such as contract drafting/reviewing, dispute resolution etc. You will also prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs etc. Additionally you will research law sources such as statutes, judicial decisions and legal articles to assist in the resolution of legal disputes. You will represent the company in court proceedings if needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university
• 3+ years of experience working as a lawyer in a corporate environment
• Proven track record of providing effective legal advice/representation in court proceedings
• Strong written communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills
• Ability to understand complex legal documents quickly
