Job Title: Optometrist

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1600 KWD per month

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Optometrist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will provide comprehensive eye care services, including performing eye examinations, diagnosing and managing ocular disease, prescribing eyeglasses, contact lenses and other vision aids.

The ideal candidate must have a valid optometry qualification from a recognized institution and be licensed to practice in Kuwait. A minimum of three years’ experience in an optometric setting is preferred. The successful applicant must also possess excellent communication skills, be patient-focused and have the ability to build strong relationships with patients.

The duties of this role include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive eye examinations using specialized equipment
• Diagnosing and treating ocular diseases and disorders
• Evaluating patients’ vision needs and providing advice on appropriate eyewear solutions
• Fitting contact lenses
• Prescribing medications for the treatment of ocular diseases or disorders
• Participating in community outreach programs as needed
