We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are willing to consider a qualified immigrant for this position.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently. They must also have extensive knowledge of the travel industry, including knowledge of online booking systems and the ability to accurately read maps.

The primary responsibilities of the Travel Agent will include:

• Meeting with clients to discuss their travel requirements and advising them according to their needs;
• Securing and organizing bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, cruises etc.;
• Arranging all necessary paperwork such as visas, passports, health certificates etc.;
• Researching destinations and providing comprehensive advice on points of interest;
• Updating client records with booking details;
• Following up with clients after their travels have been completed;
• Updating customers on changes in regulations or prices; and
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.

The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours (including weekends) in order to meet client demands. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities and be able to remain calm under pressure.
