Executive Chef

Location: Doha
Salary: 1400 QAR per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and developing new menus, as well as overseeing the kitchen operations and staff. You will also need to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards, while staying within budget. The successful candidate should also be able to manage a busy kitchen and staff during peak times.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent culinary skills with knowledge of international cuisine
• Great organizational and management skills
• Experience in cost management and budgeting
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead and motivate the team towards success
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in culinary arts or related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
