Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as a supervisor or other managerial role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Problem solving capabilities
• Good understanding of labor laws

Duties:
• Supervise staff by delegating tasks effectively throughout the shift
