Position: Supervisor

Salary: 1400 QAR
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our daily operations and ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and effectively. This position is open to foreigners with no experience.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure they run smoothly.
• Monitor staff performance and provide timely feedback and guidance when necessary.
• Develop systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all staff adheres to company policies and regulations.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies when necessary, and maintain inventory records.
• Investigate customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Prepare various reports on operational activities as required by management.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or related field preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English (other languages would be an asset).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
