Accountant - Dubai
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing financial analysis, and providing advice on effective cost savings.

Job Summary:
The Accountant will report directly to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, payroll and taxes. The Accountant should also be able to provide technical financial advice and support to staff members.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an accountant or similar role in a corporate environment
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Experience with general ledger functions and the preparation of financial statements
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages (e.g. QuickBooks)
• Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; capable of interacting effectively with management and staff at all levels
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field; professional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
