Job Responsibilities:
• Create lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
• Prepare teaching materials such as lesson plans, experiments, class activities and assessments.
• Maintain discipline in the classroom and manage student behavior according to the school’s policies.
• Monitor student performance and provide feedback to students on their progress.
• Assign work to students and assess their performance based on set criteria.
• Develop creative ways to engage students in learning activities.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent knowledge of child psychology, classroom management strategies and curriculum development strategies.
• Great interpersonal skills, ability to motivate others, strong problem solving skills and excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
