Job Description:
• Greet customers entering the store, process their purchases, and answer any questions they may have about products or services.
• Accept payment from customers in the form of cash, credit/debit cards, or checks.
• Count money in the cash register drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Provide customers with receipts for their transactions using electronic cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
• Assist with stocking shelves or pricing items if needed.
• Handle returns or exchanges of merchandise in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a Cashier in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain professional under pressure are essential.
• Good math skills with an understanding of basic addition/subtraction concepts is important for this position.
• Ability to operate electronic equipment such as cash registers and point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required
