Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations, sanitation laws, and labor laws.

Job Duties
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling staff shifts, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Oversee the preparation of food orders according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Supervise staff performance by providing feedback on their work performance.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service standards and maximize customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy in billing customers for orders placed.
