Salary: 1700 AED/month

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, monitoring customer service, ensuring food quality and safety, controlling inventory, and maintaining health and safety standards. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and have an appreciation of different cultures.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Manage staff and delegate tasks accordingly
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly service
• Monitor food quality and safety standards are met
• Control inventory levels to reduce costs and waste
• Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health & safety regulations
• Create daily/weekly/monthly reports for superiors
• Address customer complaints promptly

Qualifications:
• Must have prior restaurant management experience (welcome to immigrants with no experience)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff members
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of POS systems preferred but not required
