Job Description:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. This includes scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, filing documents, managing database records, organizing travel arrangements, answering incoming phone calls, preparing presentations, taking notes during meetings, handling emails, sorting post and packages, etc. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
