Warehouse Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a full-time position in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that processes are completed efficiently and with the highest level of accuracy.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years' experience in a warehouse management role, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. They should also have knowledge of inventory control systems, stock management, and material handling equipment. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the warehouse

• Managing staff performance and providing regular feedback

• Developing and implementing effective inventory control measures

• Ensuring safety protocols are followed

• Monitoring and managing operational costs

• Training staff on proper use of equipment and safety procedures
