The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience operating excavators in a construction environment. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to carry out excavation work safely and effectively according to the given specifications and standards. You should also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues in English and possess strong problem-solving skills when it comes to troubleshooting any challenges that may arise during excavation work. A valid driver's license is also essential for this role.
