Welder job in Sharjah UAE


We are looking for a Welder to work in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have experience in the welding field and a valid welding license.

Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints and drawings and take measurements to plan layout and procedures
• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
• Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
• Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
• Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces together
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

Requirements:
• Proven experience as welder (experience with stainless steel is a plus)
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.) at all times
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings; understand electrical systems schematics is an advantage
• Knowledge of professional welding techniques; ability to identify faulty parts & repair them accordingly

Salary: 1200 AED per month, depending on experience. We are also ready to consider foreigners for this position.
