CNC Operator - Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator for our manufacturing company in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in operating a CNC machine. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.

What we need from you:
- Proven experience in operating a CNC machine
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Understanding of safety protocols and quality control procedures
- Excellent manual dexterity and problem solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent certification

Job Responsibilities:

- Review technical drawings of components before operation

- Set up, operate, and adjust the CNC machine according to the specifications provided for the particular job

- Perform regular maintenance on the CNC machine including oiling its parts and replacing worn out components

- Ensure that all finished products meet quality standards by inspecting them with precision instruments

- Maintain records of production data including quantity produced, cycle time, scrap rate etc

- Troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during the operation process.
