Barista job in Dubai UAE


We are currently looking for a Barista to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should have a friendly and welcoming personality, as well as an appreciation for coffee and its culture.

The main responsibility of the Barista is to prepare and serve coffee drinks while delivering excellent customer service. This includes taking customer orders, providing advice on beverages, operating the cash register, preparing beverages, and cleaning the cafe space. The Barista must also be able to handle a fast-paced work environment with professionalism and efficiency.

Candidates should have knowledge of coffee-making techniques and equipment. Additionally, they should possess the ability to multi-task and keep up with customer orders. A strong understanding of customer service principles is essential for this role. Previous experience in a fast-paced cafe environment is preferred but not required as full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Applicants must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed. We are ready to consider applicants from all backgrounds including immigrants who can demonstrate their eligibility to work in Dubai. The successful candidate can expect a salary of AED 1000 per month as well as other benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation days depending on experience.
