Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Light Driver to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 QR per month. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role.

As a Light Driver, you will be responsible for transporting personnel and goods in a safe and timely manner. You must possess valid driving credentials, as well as excellent driving skills and knowledge of Qatar traffic laws and regulations. You must also be prepared to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Driving light vehicles such as cars, vans, and small trucks to deliver items or personnel;
• Maintaining vehicle logbook;
• Ensuring the safety of all passengers by adhering to traffic laws;
• Loading/unloading luggage/cargo;
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks such as inspecting tires, lights, brakes etc.;
• Reporting any vehicle malfunctions or damages immediately;
• Cooperating with other drivers during trips;
• Keeping the vehicles clean and tidy at all times.

You must have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) as well as a valid driver’s license. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. Previous experience working as a light driver is preferred but not essential for this role.
