Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al Kuwait. The successful candidate will serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, prepare hot and cold beverages, maintain cleanliness of the café, and provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East. We are willing to consider foreign candidates who possess the necessary skills and experience.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot drinks such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to customer specifications
• Prepare cold drinks such as smoothies, shakes, and juices
• Stock coffee beans, syrups, teas, etc.
• Check inventory levels regularly to ensure adequate supplies
• Keep the café clean at all times by wiping counters and cleaning tables
• Follow health and safety rules at all times
• Ensure that customers are served in a timely manner

Qualifications:
• One year of experience working as a Barista in the Middle East is preferred
• Good knowledge of coffee brewing methods (espresso machine)
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent customer service skills with an eye for detail

Salary: 900 KWD/month
