Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team. We are looking for a creative and passionate individual who is motivated to deliver high-quality desserts, pastries, and other baked goods for our guests. The successful candidate should have a strong background in pastry cooking and baking, as well as an eye for detail when it comes to presentation.

The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating delicious desserts and baked goods that meet the highest standards of quality. You will be required to create new dessert recipes and experiment with ingredients, while also following established recipes based on customer feedback. The ideal candidate would have excellent organizational skills to manage inventory levels, food preparation schedules, and cost control measures. Additionally, you should possess great communication skills when interacting with customers and colleagues alike.

We are looking for a candidate who has at least 3 years' experience working in the pastry field. A culinary school diploma or certification is preferred but not necessary; however, a knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients is essential. The successful applicant must have a great eye for detail when it comes to presentation of desserts and pastries; this includes an understanding of how food should look aesthetically pleasing as well as taste delicious. Additionally, you must have an excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food preparation and storage. Finally, the ability to work under pressure within tight time frames is essential in this role

At Reef Al Fujairah City we offer a competitive salary of 1500 per month along with the opportunity to work with an experienced team in a dynamic environment.
