Merchandiser job vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should be a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. He/She should be able to work with minimal supervision and will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing the performance of existing products and services offered by the organization.

The Merchandiser's main duties and responsibilities include: analyzing sales trends, identifying new markets, researching customer demands, creating marketing plans, developing promotional campaigns, negotiating terms of contracts with suppliers, preparing reports on sales activities, coordinating product displays in retail outlets, developing pricing strategies, and monitoring inventory levels.

The successful candidate should also have strong organizational skills as well as good problem solving abilities. He/She should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Additionally, he/she must be able to communicate effectively with customers as well as other members of the team.
