Chef - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role, and be passionate about cooking high quality dishes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of meals in accordance with the menu, as well as providing guidance to kitchen staff. He/she should be able to ensure a consistently high standard of cuisine and excellent customer service.

The responsibilities of the Chef include:
• Planning menus in collaboration with colleagues
• Estimating food requirements and ordering food supplies
• Overseeing the entire kitchen operations
• Monitoring the quality and quantity of dishes served
• Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Preparing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients
• Supervising kitchen staff, including trainees
• Managing stock rotation, maintaining accurate records

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, as well as good communication skills. He/she should also demonstrate creativity, innovation, and attention to detail. We are ready to consider qualified candidates from abroad, with a salary package of 1400 AED per month.
