We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
The Office Assistant will be required to perform a range of duties including data entry, filing, archiving and other administrative tasks. They should also have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage their time efficiently. A strong customer service attitude is essential, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in business administration or equivalent, with at least 1 year of working experience as an Office Assistant or related role. Good computer skills are essential and proficiency in MS Office programs is preferred. Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike. We are also willing to consider immigrant candidates for this role.
