Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Truck driver to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods from one place to another in a timely and efficient manner. The Truck driver will be responsible for loading, unloading, following route schedules, maintaining truck cleanliness, and completing necessary paperwork. The position offers a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Drive truck to transport cargo from one place to another in a safe manner
• Load/unload cargo as needed
• Follow instructions on loading slips/manifest documents
• Maintain accurate logbook of working hours, rest periods as well as distance covered
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspection of vehicle systems, equipment & accessories such as tires, lights, brakes etc.
• Monitor the condition of the vehicle’s engine by checking oil, water & fuel levels
• Report defects, accidents or violations immediately
• Keep record of goods & materials transported
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws & regulations

Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Valid driver’s license with appropriate class • Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
• Ability to drive long distances safely & efficiently
• Knowledge of applicable traffic laws & regulations
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
• Excellent physical condition
• Good communication skills
