We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be working in a highly motivated and professional environment and will receive a salary of 1400. The position is open to both nationals and foreigners alike.

The Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the assigned department or unit to ensure that activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. This includes ensuring that all staff members adhere to policies, procedures, and deadlines as well as providing support, guidance, and training when necessary.

The Supervisor's duties include but are not limited to: monitoring staff performance; providing feedback on performance; resolving problems; managing workflow; delegating tasks; ensuring compliance with safety regulations; overseeing inventory control; maintaining accurate records; developing strategies to improve efficiency; implementing corrective action when necessary. In addition, they may be required to assist with recruitment efforts by conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. They should also have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. A Bachelor's degree in business or management is preferred but not required.
