We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for Human Resources Management.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate at least 2 years of proven experience in HR management and possess a knowledge of the latest HR strategies. They must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and be highly motivated with the ability to lead teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR department while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. They will also support strategic initiatives by providing guidance on talent acquisition, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, salary & benefit administration, and other areas related to human resources management. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff at all levels of the organization.
