Job Description for HR Manager in Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all human resources activities and processes. This includes recruiting and selection, training and development, employee relations, compensation management, policy development and implementation, performance appraisals, organizational planning, and legal compliance.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. They must also demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail as well as problem solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of 1200 per month plus benefits package that includes health insurance, housing allowance and transportation allowance. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.
