Job Title: Bank Teller - Abu-Dhabi

Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 1500 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensure accuracy in transactions and provide up-to-date information on banking products and services.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide assistance with transactions.
• Accept deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments from customers.
• Balance cash drawer daily to ensure accuracy.
• Follow all security protocols to protect the bank’s assets and customers’ accounts.
• Answer questions regarding available products and services.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience as a Bank Teller or related role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.
• Ability to identify potential fraudulent activity or suspicious activity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
