Construction Manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction and project management and should be able to work independently, with minimal supervision. We offer a salary of 1700 and are open to considering applicants who are immigrants.

The successful candidate must have experience in construction planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; as well as the ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines working on a project. This person should also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and an understanding of safety guidelines.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish while ensuring that all the necessary requirements are met on-time and within budget. This includes obtaining permits, selecting subcontractors, overseeing building plans, scheduling inspections, monitoring progress against standards and ensuring compliance at all stages of the project. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for developing budgets; tracking spending; coordinating materials procurement; negotiating contracts; supervising personnel; preparing reports; resolving design or construction problems; and ensuring that quality standards are met.
