We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Kindergarten teacher to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As such, we are searching for someone with strong teaching skills who is passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to kindergarten-age children, providing guidance and support to students during classroom activities, assessing student performance and progress, preparing lesson plans, maintaining records of student behavior and progress, communicating effectively with parents and other staff members, adhering to school policies and regulations at all times, and performing any other duties as assigned by the school.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with young children; be patient and understanding; have a positive attitude; demonstrate excellent organizational skills; demonstrate knowledge of effective teaching techniques; possess strong leadership skills; be reliable; possess excellent classroom management skills; be willing to collaborate with colleagues and other staff members; have a valid teaching license or certification (preferred); have the ability to work in a multicultural environment (desired); be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
