We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a great opportunity to join an established bakery with excellent career prospects. The successful candidate will be expected to work within a team, using their creativity and expertise to produce quality baked goods.

The Baker will be responsible for producing a variety of fresh breads, pastries, cakes and other baked goods from scratch. This includes mixing ingredients, kneading dough, shaping loaves of bread, decorating cakes and desserts, monitoring baking times and temperatures, ensuring food safety standards are met and packaging products for sale. The Baker may also be expected to develop new recipes or flavours as required.

We are looking for someone with experience in baking who has excellent attention to detail and is able to follow instructions accurately. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills as well as the ability to effectively manage time when working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Being organized and managing workflow efficiently will also be important criteria for the role.

To apply for this role you should have previous experience in a similar role or have completed formal training as a Baker or Pastry Chef or have equivalent qualifications. You should also possess a good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the job which requires standing for long periods of time as well as lifting up heavy items when necessary. You must also have the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if needed and must possess a valid visa if you are an immigrant worker in Al-Kuwait.

The salary offered is 1700 KD per month depending on experience plus bonuses based on performance.
