Logistics Coordinator – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position comes with a salary of 1000 and we are open to consider an immigrant for the role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and transportation management. The Logistics Coordinator will also be expected to develop and implement strategies that optimize delivery times and minimize costs.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the logistics department.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange for restocking as needed.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and vendors to ensure competitive rates and optimal delivery times.
• Develop strategies to reduce transportation costs while meeting customer requirements
• Monitor shipment schedules and investigate any delays or issues that arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking numbers, carriers, etc.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of logistics systems & processes (e.g., warehousing, distribution).
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
