To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. You should also have at least 5 years of experience in engineering processes and procedures, as well as strong leadership skills. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
