We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should be highly motivated and have a passion for customer service. The primary responsibility of the Travel Agent is to provide excellent customer service while assisting clients with their travel needs.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently. The successful candidate will need to have an excellent knowledge of different types of travel and destinations, as well as strong organizational skills and an ability to think on their feet when dealing with difficult customer inquiries or challenging situations. Computer literacy is also essential for this role, as the successful applicant will need to use software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite or GDS systems (Travelport/Amadeus/Sabre).
