Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position requires a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand recognition. You will design and implement campaigns both online and offline, track campaign performance, analyze data, and create reports to monitor progress. In addition, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that all marketing activities are synergistic with other company efforts.

Duties & Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include developing marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals, overseeing campaigns from conception through execution, monitoring the performance of campaigns using analytics tools, managing a budget for marketing initiatives and ensuring that all activities are within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating content for various channels such as social media, web pages, emails and advertising materials. You must also stay up-to-date on industry trends in order to develop innovative strategies that deliver results.

Requirements & Qualifications
To qualify for this role you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing; Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools such as SEO/SEM/PPC; Strong analytical skills; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment; Excellent interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team; Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus). We are ready to consider someone from abroad if they meet the above requirements. The successful applicant should be able to start immediately and will receive a salary of 1000 monthly.
