We are looking to hire a Security Manager for a prestigious organization in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing organization's security operations and personnel. This position offers an attractive salary of 1400 and is open to both foreign and local professionals.

The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security plans, policies, procedures, and systems to protect the organization’s people, property, information, and assets. The Security Manager will also oversee all security staff, ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to security issues, investigate and report suspicious activities, maintain records of security operations and incidents, and provide guidance on security-related topics.

This role requires demonstrated experience in security management, knowledge of security systems such as CCTV cameras or access control systems; excellent communication skills; analytical thinking; organizational abilities; problem solving skills; the ability to remain calm under pressure; leadership skills; attention to detail; critical thinking capabilities; the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
