Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Chemist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research activities, carrying out experiments and ensuring the safety of laboratory operations, which includes developing, testing, and analyzing new products. In this role you will collaborate with other scientists and technicians to create innovative new products. The ideal candidate should have a passion for science and enthusiasm for exploring the latest scientific and technological advances.

Job Responsibilities
• Designing experiments to identify the properties of various chemical compounds
• Utilizing scientific methods to conduct tests on chemicals, materials, and products
• Analyzing results using statistical techniques to develop new or improved products
• Developing an in-depth understanding of the chemical composition of materials
• Providing technical advice on product development projects
• Working collaboratively with other scientists to ensure the safety of laboratory operations
• Maintaining accurate records of experiments and results in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Supporting research teams in developing strategies for product improvement or innovation

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
• A minimum of three years’ experience working as a chemist or in a related field
• Proven ability to design experiments using appropriate scientific methods
• Knowledgeable in laboratory protocols such as safety standards and quality control guidelines
• Experience working with hazardous materials is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Salary & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 per month commensurate with experience. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
